An Adult Family Home (AFH) is a residential home licensed to care for 6 - 8 residents providing room, board, laundry, necessary supervision and help with activities of daily living personal, personal care and social services.
There are over 4,500 AFH's in Washington state offering a caregiver to resident ratio of 1:6,
exceeding the industry average of 1:15+ in larger facilities.

At a minimum, Adkinson Estates offers a 1:6 ratio and provides 24/7/365 awake caregiving support.
